Go Away Man

Go Away Man is a short story I wrote on 10th November 2009 and edited on the 11th of November.

It was an excercise in what can only be described as excercising my mind and getting it back into the process of writing prose.

There was something about the idea of this old man just standing there, doing nothing in paticular but still feeling the need to go out and stand at his gate and watch the passers by.

While it’s short, only 15 pages, i think it’s long enough to tell the tale of John-Joe Keogh (a really, really old man…)
