About Ernest Goodheart

“No, this isn’t Poetry, It’s just memories in rhymes. Memoires of a man undead, and stories of his crimes.”

I wrote that thirteen years ago. I wrote it when I wrote basically anything that came into my head. You see, this isn’t about anything other than trying to understand. Some people keep diaries, some people have great memories. I don’t have either. What I do have is a need to clear the confusion of the events that happen to me.

So what I do is write them down as rymes. Collect them, look back on them. And that is why Ernest Goodheart is the name of this website.

Ernest isn’t me, he isn’t anybody. But he represents everyone. Because everybody goes through tough times in their life. The danger that comes with these challenges, is not being able to grasp them, deal with them, move on from them.

There are many people that can brush things off, move on. But a lot of people, including myself, tend to bottle things up. What will happen is you need to find a way to release this confusion. And so I let go by putting them on paper. Or in this case cyber.

I don’t expect you to judge what is here, I don’t expect you to like or think that what is on this Website is of any value to literature at all. But I do hope you can respect, that just like Ernest, I am trying to learn from my life and mistakes and in doing so, maybe giving someone else an idea of on how to cope with theirs.
