The
drive in Irish Business at the moment for a better Customer Service Ethos from
their staff is changing the way the consumers themselves view and react to their
own rights. People are walking into establishments being treated with huge
importance, rather than the attitude of old where, for example, a Bank would
make a customer feel like they were doing them a major favour by handing out a
loan.
These
customers are part of an economic revolution, where competition is creating so
many options, and giving a fantastic service to all.
These
customers should try getting the No 10. Service? Service? Dublin Bus
doesn’t know the meaning of the word. Where do I start? Well, there are so
many little things that niggle at me about those Blue and Yellow Hearses I could
be hear all day.
So
I will just talk about their Drivers. Granted it would be harsh to tar them all
with the same brush. I mean, it just wouldn’t be true. There might be 1 out
there that mastered the deeply complicated skill of smiling, however I never had
the joy of getting that bus.
They
just whinge, the give out, some don’t even know where they are going. I heard
one telling a passenger to ‘Duck off” (Take the D away from Duck and insert
an F Instead for full affect.)
Duck
Off!!!
For
God’s Sake Dublin Bus, send these people to happy camp. Fill them full of
Fanta and Crisps. Tickle them. Hire someone to sit with their all day and tell
them bloody jokes. Just do something!
I’m
all irritated now. I’ll continue with this later…
