Circus Party
The mist on which I travelled to,
Has got me unaware.
Of all the time I looked to you,
To me, you showed no care.
Why was it that I took to life,
The brilliance you could do,
Before my friend, our paths did cross,
I had no life so true.
But your compass gave me gifts so blunt,
Realise I had to find.
Just what they were and what they did.
Just whose heart shall I bind?
Oh pain!
You gave me that to think.
Made me swim before I’d sink.
Oh love!
You threw at me so hard.
It knocked me down, it knocked me hard.
Oh hope!
You showed me it was there,
You gave me hope and show know care.
So now, sitting on this perch,
I hear the time of thought.
A chance now to see, just what I was.
To see what was, I thought.
So triumph little building there,
I shall return to you.
Let’s go to the circus party,
Such things for I to do.
