Forbidden
Deep beneath the towering wood,
A fiery, plentiful soul runs along.
Hidden among the leaves with a hood,
Desiring thoughts with a hymn and a song.
She comes to the pass with a beautiful smile,
And the glistening hair that shines – oh so bright,
They fall on the grass and they lay for a while,
As the stars fall out gently – oh what a night.
They will kiss, they will touch, and be on their way,
As to two different paths they go walking.
They will miss each so much, until the next day,
When they’ll hide, to keep others from talking.
For this boy, for this girl, and this forbidden love,
From two lives that they cannot cross.
They just dream of a worlds, forgetting all of,
Others words, other pain, others lost.
