Friends

Friends are there to make you smile.
Friends are there to give you joy.
Friends are there to make it right.
Friends are there throughout the night.

Friends were there when I felt pain.
Friends were there when I was lost.
Friends were there when I did fall.
Friends were there, they held the wall.

Friends will be there when it rains.
Friends will be there with the sun.
Friends will be there when I cry.
Friends will be there when I smile.

Seems I only remember,
The friends who troubled me.
