Inspire Me

Inspire me – to what I want to be -
Even though, I just may not want to believe.

So let us dream, let us fly.
Let us find a new reason to cry.
Let us smile, to fall a tear,
For it is part of why we’re here.
Let me fall and hit the ground,
So I may rise to see what lies around.
Such beautiful and tempting songs,
And I cherish them and I belong.
These days, these darkened times,
And the sole reason that I hold these rhymes.
Where I may go, where I may be,
It’s from these tales that I can see.

So inspire me – to what I can be -
Be careful – I may just believe.
